NORTHWEST OF CAPE NEDDICK TO 23 NM SOUTHWEST OF MERRIMACK RIVER
MOUTH...OR FROM 12 NM NORTH OF PORTSMOUTH HARBOR TO 23 NM WEST OF
GLOUCESTER...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER INCLUDE CAPE
NEDDICK.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...AND LOCALLY HIGHER
