...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS AFTERNOON INTO
EARLY EVENING...

THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AGAIN EARLY THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE
EARLY EVENING HOURS. SOME THUNDERSTORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE WITH
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 58 MPH. SOME LARGE HAIL IS
POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS ALONG WITH ROTATION.

HEAVY RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2
INCHES PER HOUR WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW
LYING AREAS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE SOUTH AND WEST OF THE
FORT KENT AND VAN BUREN REGION.
