.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT
TONIGHT AND THURSDAY WITH GUSTS REACHING 25 KNOTS. SEAS WILL BUILD
AS A RESULT...REACHING AS HIGH AS 4 TO 8 FEET.

* SEAS...2 TO 4 FEET OVER THE BAYS AND 4 TO 8 FEET OVER THE OPEN
WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OR FREQUENT GUSTS OF
25 TO 33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED WHICH MAY PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
