THIS AFTERNOON ALONG A STALLED FRONT JUST TO OUR SOUTH. THIS
SYSTEM WILL BRING IN WARM AIR ALOFT...BEFORE THE COLD AIR IS
SLOWLY SCOURED OUT AT THE SURFACE...PRODUCING A PERIOD OF LIGHT
ICING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY RISE
ABOVE FREEZING...WITH RAIN AND A FEW POCKETS OF SLEET AND FREEZING
