Issue warning base on speed of ice pocket between two locations in Ks, and also driving in area, and watch upstream of movement of Great Basin High through the Rockies, to note if any overriding from the Gulf of Mexico that can cause icing of flights near the 4800 foot elevation cause of a slow takeoff and or heavy approach to broader States of Ks.
