If you missed the USFA and NFPA webinar on "Building Effective and Engaging Presentations", you can go to https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/99615025198418946 and watch the recording. Below is the description of the webinar.

Are your presentations effective?

In order to deliver a successful presentation, one must engage all attendees by presenting information in a way that captures and motivates audiences. This webinar, presented by Karen Berard-Reed, will teach four leading strategies to promote engaging presentations:

1) Outcomes
2) Clarity
3) Enthusiasm
4) Engagement

Karen Berard-Reed, Senior Project Manager of Public Education at National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), walks us through a proven strategy at delivering effective and engaging presentations. With over 20 years of experience in the professional health education field, Karen has perfected the art of communicating with audiences of all types.

It is impossible to reach every single person we want, however, if we can effectively convey the best presentation strategies to Fire Departments and the like then we have an edge on altering behavioral outcomes. If all who participate in the webinar harness similar presentation tactics, it offers easy implementation of up-to-date safety necessities that will in turn alter behavioral results.
