I called the number in the email from Norwalk CA they said the Document Birth Certificate was Printed June 20 2014 and went out in mail either Monday or Yesterday "Tuesday" and the Clerk said pending mail time is when I should get it once I get the Document I'll go to Starkey Rd Motor vehicle Dept
