Problem with use of term "Armed Forces" by Reserves and or National Guard

The National Guard is a State Militia and or Naval with or without Aviation the National Guard is funded by The State the main benefits in State Reserves is abilities to purchasing of various United States Department of Defense equipment and the full Command is done by President of The United States in Military Honor otherwise under Governor with President of the United States in Acts with Congress of The United States and the next area in discussion is term "Armed Forces" the title is affix to a Honorable Expeditionary force of movement as approved by International Move of Forces as ended with Treaty of such Force Movement and in such Currently NO FORCE OR FORCES ARE IN MOTION The one that Command such Force is the Honor of the Last such Movements and such was Sea of Japan 1969 and currently with Ally of Russia Korea Japan and China with The United States of America is Not in Motion
