First TEFL Volunteers Near End of Service

In 2014, Peace Corps launched a new TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate Program for Volunteers in Armenia, Madagascar, and Nicaragua. Since that time, Peace Corps has launched TEFL Certificate Programs in 4 additional posts around the world and will add 2 more posts by the end of the 2016.

As the first TEFL Volunteers near the end of their service, we wanted to share this milestone with you through stories from some of the Volunteers who will earn their TEFL certification at the end of their service this spring.
