The Country of my Father on The Pension of The Veterans Administration

The Fourthteen Amendment of The Bill of Rights of The United States Constitution
Section 4.

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. 

Currently another Country exist not of my Father but of insurrection from War as stated not to be Questions yet such Country formally exist as a Country other then The United States that question Pensions such Pensions while the Country of my Father was Suppression in The Country of my Father Rebellion of the War in such Fault The Vietnam War that per The Section 4 Shall not be Question has over the years of Questions cause Suicide among the Ones who in service to stop Suppression of both insurrection and Rebellion of The Vietnam War has cause our Father President Lincoln to grieve in The Fourthteen Amendment Amendment of The Bill of Rights of The United States Constitution Section Four.
