Dear Guy:

Before the new Supreme Court term begins, we want to share with you the LII Supreme Court Bulletin's summary of the 2014 - 15 term.  You can find it by following this link:  https://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/cert/supreme_court_2014-2015_term_highlights.

The Court begins oral arguments again on Monday, October 5th.  As we do this time each year, we're preparing to send you our Bulletin Previews of each case to be argued.  These Previews are authored and edited by Cornell Law School students and provide unbiased summaries of the facts, arguments, and impacts accompanying each case, all in plain-language with helpful hyperlinks for further exploration.

While I have your attention, I also want to take a moment to thank you for subscribing to the LII Bulletin service.  Our Bulletin students provide a valuable public service while sharpening their own analytical and writing skills in the process.  W
hile these Previews aim to inform subscribers like you about what the Court is poised to consider each week during the term, the usage patterns show that they will continue to be a valuable online tool for many years to come for anyone seeking to understand these often complex and important cases.

By subscribing to and viewing these Previews, you help motivate these students to produce high-quality work that will help educate the American public for years to come. Thank you once again for your continued support.

Best,
Craig
