THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 6 PM
EDT FRIDAY.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS, 3 TO 6 INCHES.
TIMING, SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA DURING THE PREDAWN AND
EARLY MORNING HOURS FRIDAY. THE PERIOD OF HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE
FROM THE EARLY MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL END FROM
WEST TO EAST FRIDAY EVENING.
IMPACTS, HAZARDOUS TRAVEL ON SNOW COVERED ROADS ESPECIALLY
DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
HAZARDOUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.
