A slow rise in pressure shows the Hurricane is filling and is Downgraded to Tropical Storm at 1602 EDT July 4 2014 and filling is expected to continue and Extratropical due as the Storm continues in the Gulf Stream on into Coastal affects in Canada during the night and rapidly onto Greenland into Saturday and Sunday
