RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED IN THE WATCH AREA. EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS MAY CAUSE LOCALLY HIGHER TOTALS. * RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT.
