The War Department of The United States issued a Act to assist War Veterans with a Pension and Care only after War Conditions nothing in the Act has anything to do with Homeless as after War Conflict the Veteran was considered a Hero and Care was provide and Pensions with assistance to Rent or Purchase a home for The United States War Heroes and the original Act is developed for such if Homeless Act for Veterans are unrelated to the original Act without War Zone Awards in such Veterans Administration are to cease in unrelated acts as listed in Bay Pines Florida Map of its Veterans Complex in such no Campus exist within The Veterans Administration as developed by The War Department of The United States
