I have been renting at the complex for two years and just in about 30
days the owner has been missing - by the manger the "owners Daughter"
pick up my rent of $625.00 a month and only in cash - I'm on
Retirement with Social Security the owner only wants Cash payment -
the event is in about payment of heroin was taking place - I called
Sheriff office and Tips Line and did not get through their "Nig" music
of non "Black" I as a Retire person of over 40 years of work do not
like any drug activity
