Continue and little change is seen in the next 48 hours of Current
pattern - The deep low is near the Northwest Coast of Oregon and
nearly stationary and strong Westerlies from the Hawaii Islands
continue to keep snow levels to above 6000 feet and little change seen
except between modifications in weather enhancing process of extreme
precipitation totals outside the Rule of Law of Meteorological
Agreement with The United Nations that The United States sign with all
members of The United Nations Security Counsel - Majority of
Precipitation totals near a common of 1 to 2 inches including Mountain
