Arizona and New Mexico weaken into a Low over Texas before dropping
into The Gulf of Mexico - since one storm prior acted as such in the
late 1930's - But our Congress did in Technology information have
knowledge of such type of future event seen from the 1970's in such
the "ACE" [(Accumulated Cyclone Energy(ACE)] becomes provision and not
within Congress Appropriate Funding to "ANY" storm damage. In such to
