At 11,000 feet temperature
63 degrees morning of August 31 2012 leave a lack of air density in
that lift is below standard of 2.2 degrees every 1000 feet - does not
allow normal uplift near mountains but more of a downdraft even into
the Valley areas of The Rockies - a ceiling of a little near or above
12,000 feet of the equipment in use is to the maxium in the Mountain
so climb toward or aft - in that the low level of ceiling and open
again to suspect of search of illegal activity as small as a days
heating can cause the craft to drop of even if fired upon the light
craft cannot stablize any drop or sheer of equipment avenoics can drop
craft and not able to recover - cause is the use of a craft not fit to
the Jurisdiction request such -
