The metorology conditions do not support a named storm in a westerlery
flow lacking banding - outflow - a gensis eye ~ such weather is
related to a upper low with some retrograding and a classic
counterclockwise spin associated with a upper Low - further south near
the Florida straits a large mass of Tunderstorms and sea temperatures
in the 80's do begin to show a forming Depression some thunderstorms
in stationary are outflowing toward the Northeast in respect to
Northeast swell further North near center of upper low - intent is to
entrap the low and allow a confortable upper High to develop - so is
such Admirality climate to such sea weather.
