Well let's reason if it is wet did you all know that Thomas Jefferson went to Prison for author of Declaration of Independence signed July 4th as the Document was not served to Britain and The United Kingdom so since no Service He Thomas Jefferson committed Treason against the United Kingdom that the 13 prison Colonists were part of as France and Spain cared for the Cities and byways of the Prison of United Kingdom so the final Prisons to Ratification of The Federal Convention was not done until the 1930's such Warring Country of the United States was mainly held at Bay by Prisoners of the Colonies of United Kingdom and later after Thomas Jefferson was released from Prison as later United States of America and if one would read the timeline of Congress of 21 days to Sail to United Kingdom and return 21 days Sailing back with some horse traveling of 2 days and a few 10 days then add all to July 4th so you all see New York City can still have a Fireworks show so do not send Fireworks up in wet weather wait a little later to Celebrate but all means if you all get a day off from work make sure use the day for entertainment like a Movie and that's the truth
